As part of our CSR-policy and in addition to our obligation to comply with RT 2012*, we have chosen to build a passive building with high energy performance.
Which induces:
🔸 Reinforced insulation and high airtightness => 8x more waterproof than with the RT 2012.
🔸 High-performance technical equipment => modulated LED lighting, thermodynamic water heater, double flow ventilation, air conditioning with heat recovery.
▶️▶️ Our building will be 3.3X less energy-intensive to air-condition it since its consumption will not exceed 15 KwH0/m²/year!
