This instrument to promote in-house initiative and creativity, affects every aspect of company life: quality, safety, efficiency, ways to simplify methods and procedures. Each suggestion made by those who are closest to the day-to-day reality of company life adds another building block to the edifice.

Once a year, three winners in three different categories are honored during a ceremony attended by the local press.
