Surface treatment

All our finishing work complies with EU directives:

1. RoHS restricting the use of a number of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and prohibiting the use of six heavy metals.
2. ELV (end-of-life vehicle) directive
  – Electro-galvanising (e.g. alkaline zinc, zinc nickel)
  – Flake coatings (e.g.: Geomet^®)
  – Cataphoresis
  – Phosphating
  – Other protection methods to customer specifications
  – Zingage électrolytique (ex : Zinc alcalin, Zinc nickel)

Controlled logistics

We organise the shipment of all our products, including those that have been subcontrated for intermediate operations such as grinding, surface treatment or heat treatment.

In all cases, shipments are checked and packed in our shops to ensure perfect traceability and flawless quality.
