New building: piece no. 9 of our puzzle
Discover a new piece of our puzzle relating to our future administrative building (Lesménils, France).
This building will also include a new infirmary and spaces dedicated to our Production staff with :
🔹 A friendly refectory, new changing rooms and sanitation facilities
🔹 And above all, an “efficient room” that will host all the Production meetings: TOP 20, daily and weekly meetings between the area managers, the Production Manager and the Quality and Scheduling departments.
A large place will be given to visual management, one of the aspects of the Lean which is part of the continuous improvement process. Performance indicators and News Flashes (quality, safety, environment, deadlines) as well as the follow-up of actions related to the PACTE (Corporate Action Plan) will be displayed and can be consulted by all employees.
